Is FollowUp.Net an ASP?


Yes! An ASP (Application Service Provider) supplies infrastructure to its customers. The application and databases are hosted by the ASP, which means the customer does not have to install any software or manage the application. Upgrades, improvements and maintenance are all managed by the ASP.

What software is required?


To use ProfileTrakker™, all you need is a web browser to create surveys and view reports. Intended recipients need only an e-mail address and an internet connection to complete the survey. The applications are hosted on FollowUp.Net's server, so there's no software to install, upgrade, or maintain for you or your customers.

What browsers can I use?


You can use any standard internet browser, including Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Netscape Communicator, and the AOL browser.

Is my customer information private?


YES! Your account is private. The information in it belongs to you. Your account, customer information, surveys, newsletters, and reports will not be used by FollowUp.Net for any reason, now or in the future. FollowUp.Net does not and will not sell, distribute, or give access to your customer lists or personal information.

How can I integrate my customer profile with my existing infrastructure?


There are a variety of data integration, transfer and re-use options available. We can transfer raw data for use in other applications or to integrate with legacy data bases. Specific data integration can also be achieved through the addition of "global identifiers" and "screen scraping," API's and XML in either real-time or batch mode, as required. Our sales and technical staffs can assist you with any specific requirements.

How many profiles can I have in my customer database?


There is no limit to the number or detail of the profiles you can have in your customer database. You can create profiles straight from your surveys as well as create custom ones. You can add, modify, and delete profiles at any time.

Can I use my Customer Profile Database to look up a single customer?


YES! Your Customer Database has a built-in search engine that can be used when you need to find delivery instructions, addresses, or phone numbers. You only need to fill one of the customer information fields to generate a list that matches your query. You may also generate lists of customers who answered a particular question in a specific way (e.g. "green" for favorite color) by using Customer List Inquiry reports.

Can I create a survey without sending it out?


YES! You can create a survey, save it and continue to work on it at a later date. You can resume working on the survey by clicking on the resume survey creation link after selecting your survey in the control panel. Once you are finished and wish to send the survey, the "Send" button processes the survey.

How do I see the results of my survey?


Once you are logged-in, you are automatically brought to the control panel interface, which lists all of your surveys, current and completed. Different reporting options are available from the control panel. You may also select your survey to see overall results.

Can I send a targeted message to people based on their response to a question?


YES! ProfileTrakker™, has a built-in targeted messaging feature that lets you communicate to selected recipients based on their survey responses. You can target people based on their answers to one particular survey or use profile fields to target your audience across a multitude of surveys.

Can I automatically send a reminder to non-respondents?


YES! ProfileTrakker™ has a "tickler" feature that lets you remind just those people who have not yet filled out a survey. This can increase your response rate significantly.
